Honeypreet did this work

Honeypreet has written a letter to the jail minister to stay close to Ram Rahim. He has made an attempt to shift himself to Rohtak Jail. The jail minister has also confirmed confirmation of the letter and has made a decision to take a decision only after completing legal procedures.
