After which the BJP approached the Kolkata High Court. But the Kolkata High Court also did not allow the BJP to hold the rally and said that this rally could spread communal riots in the region.



However, during the hearing, the BJP's lawyer, while giving her favor, said that the Constitution empowers all political parties to organize a rally in any part of the country. And the BJP will organize a rally peacefully and if any unpleasant event happens during this period, then it should be managed by the State Government and the Police Administration. However, despite all the BJP's arguments, the court has clearly banned the chariot trip on December 7. At the same time, from the Coochbehar Superintendent of Police, the order has been given to submit a confidential report in this case till December 21.



Significantly, there are 42 Lok Sabha seats in West Bengal. In such a situation, if the BJP can not organize this rath yatra, then there will definitely be a major impact on BJP's votes. That can be a cause for concern for Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Because Narendra Modi will win more and more seats in any condition and again want to become Prime Minister in 2019.
