1. After the Supreme Court's big decision, there is no need to link the Aadhaar card in the Mutual Fund and the Telecom Industry. You all know that before the Supreme Court's decision several biometric and base links were linked but now you do not have any need to link the basis in these things.



2. After the High Court's major decision, you will no longer need to link the basis of private companies into biometric or you can get the base deleted.



3. Now you will not be considered mandatory for opening a new bank account or buying a SIM card, under which you can also get a new bank account. But you must have a PAN card.



4. For your information, you will be required to link the Aadhaar card to the government facilities which have come out from the government. But there is no need to link the Aadhaar card to private companies.
