महाभारत के ये श्राप जिनका प्रभाव आज भी है पृथ्वी पर जिनसे परेशान है ज़माना
There are many stories in our mythology and theology, in which a person of rishis or a perfect man was cursed, but in the Mahabharata, there are some such curses, which are still to be seen on earth. Let's know.
1: Curse given to Rishi Sringi tested:
After the Mahabharata war, all the Pandavas handed over their son Abhimanyu's son to the tested and went out on his journey to heaven. The tested heart was very kind, but their nature used to be very fickle. Once he went for the journey of the forest, he saw Rishi Shameek in meditation. Because of his naughty nature, he put a snake without the poison of Shameeq. Only then Shimik's son reached Rishi Sringi. When he saw this act of Raja testified, he got angry and cursed that after one week from today, the test of Nagak Nag will be killed. Tested was a boon that as long as they were alive, Kaliyug would not be able to dominate the earth. But this happened a week later and the effect of Kali Yuga has been going on till now.
2: Curse of Urvashi to Arjuna:
During his exile, Arjun started preparations for taking retribution from the Kurus. They reached the looted paradise to get some great weapons. There he met his Apsara named Urvashi. Urvashi was very fascinated by Arjuna in the first meeting, and he proposed marriage to Arjuna and said that he can live forever in Paradise. Arjuna respected the feelings of Urvashi and rejected the proposal and said that he is his mother's luggage. Upon hearing this Urvashi got very angry and he cursed Arjuna for a year to become impotent. This curse proved to be a boon for Arjuna and he managed to escape from the eyes of the Kauravas during the unknown. For this reason, Pandavas were conquered in Mahabharata and today's society received valuable education of the religion as Bhagavad Gita.
3: Curse of Yudhishthira Kunti:
In the Mahabharata, Goddess Kunti concealed this fact till the end that the Karna is not any other but the older brother of Pandavas. After Karna's death, when the truth became known to Yudhishtir, his heart was filled with self-realization. He began to mourn over his sadness and cursed his mother Kunti along with the whole nation of women in anger that no woman could hide any secret for a longer period of time.
