Home Minister Rajnath Singh wished Amit Shah to be in his early health. He tweeted, 'Amitbhai, I wish you God to be healthy as soon as possible. According to sources in AIIMS, BJP leader has been admitted to the hospital after complaining of chest tightness and difficulty breathing. He reached the hospital at around 9 in the night and he has been admitted to the old private ward.

He said that a team of doctors is keeping a watch on their condition under the supervision of AIIMS director Randeep Guleria. Union Minister Piyush Goyal visited the hospital to see Shah.
