It was informed that in the year 2017 and 2018, 109 complaints were made to the family of railway staff in the senior railway office. It included the complaint of wife, parents, younger brother and sister till they did not spend the meal. Even a TTE of the Mandal complained about the relationship between the wife and the other woman. The Board believes that keeping the mind apart from the family is affecting the work of the railway employee. Apart from this, due to tension in the family, railway safety reads in danger. During duty, the employee does not work properly

The Personnel Section of the Railway Board has issued a letter to the conduct of the Railway workers on December 14, 2018, in which the railway workers have been ordered to proper maintenance of their families with duty. Due to not behaving like this, it is indisputable for the railway workers to act against them in the Railway Service (Conduct) Rules, 1966.

Railway Board has also given special powers to the DRM and railway factory management to check upon such complaints of railway workers. Also, in the letter it has been said that leave the same with the counseling of the railway staff, so that they spend time between the family

At the moment, this kind of complaint is not pending, if it comes, the counsel of the railway employee will be done. If there is no effect then action will be taken
