The petitioner said that he belongs to Ahir / Yadav caste and fulfilled all the qualifications sought for the President's Bodyguard except for the only caste and hoped that he would get a job on this post. The petitioner's lawyer Ram Naresh Yadav said, "Because of the priorities given to the three castes, the citizens were left behind this job opportunity which was worth it."

The petition said, "According to the appointment rules of the bodyguards of the President, it is done on the basis of caste. For this reason, there is a violation of Article 14 of the Indian Constitution. It is also a violation of Article 15 (1) of the appointment process which discriminates on the basis of caste, religion, color and birthplace. It has been said that the appointment process has been discriminated against on the basis of caste and in the constitution It has been said that the government offices will not be discriminated against for appointment. The bodyguards of the President are elected by only three castes. This is a government office, so the constitution is being violated by this appointment process. The petition has now been asked for a notice from the Central Government. Earlier, the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court did not hear the petition saying that the court does not hear such a petition.
