According to the news, Digambar Jain Muni Acharya Shantasagar Maharaj raped the student by promising to see God at night. They also threatened that if anyone told about it, then nothing could happen. But the student showed courage and the result was that the accused Baba was arrested from Surat in Gujarat on Saturday night.

According to a 19-year-old student, on October 1, he had come to receive blessings from Shantisagar Maharaj in Digambar Jain temple at Nanapura of Lord Mahavir. It is alleged that 45-year-old Shanti Sagar Maharaj asked him to stay in the temple for the chanting of chanting in the temple at night. At night, Jain Muni entered the room of the girl and raped her.



The victim is a resident of Madhya Pradesh and studies college in Vadodara. In this case, he filed a case in the police station. On Friday, the medical examination of the student was done, the rape was confirmed. After this, a rape case was registered against Jain Muni in Athna police station. Baba was arrested on Saturday.

In this case, when the people of the society got information about the complaint of the girl, then all the commissioners reached the office and warned them to leave Baba. These people had alleged that the girl made this conspiracy to defame Baba. Despite the heavy pressure, the police did not abandon Baba and returned to the people of the society.

बलात्कारी बाबा राम रहीम का मामला सुर्ख़ियों में है। इस बीच एक और बाबा रेप के आरोप में गिरफ्तार कर लिए गए हैं। ख़बरों के मुताबिक, रात में भगवान के दर्शन कराने का वादा कर दिगम्बर जैन मुनि आचार्य शांतिसागर महाराज ने छात्रा से रेप किया। उन्होंने धमकी भी दी कि अगर किसी को भी इस बारे में बताया, तो कुछ भी हो सकता है। लेकिन छात्रा ने हिम्मत दिखाई और इसका नतीजा है कि आरोपी बाबा को शनिवार रात गुजरात के सूरत से गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।

19 साल की छात्रा के मुताबिक, एक अक्टूबर को वह भगवान महावीर के नानपुरा स्थित दिगम्बर जैन मंदिर में शांतिसागर महाराज से आशीर्वाद लेने पहुंची थी। आरोप है कि 45 साल के शांतिसागर महाराज ने उसे मंत्र जाप के लिए रात में मंदिर में ही रुकने के लिए कहा। रात में जैन मुनि लड़की के कमरे में घुसे और उसके साथ रेप किया।



पीडि़त लड़की मध्‍यप्रदेश की रहने वाली है और वडोदरा में कॉलेज की पढ़ाई करती है। उसने इस मामले में थाने में केस दर्ज कराया। शुक्रवार को छात्रा का मेडिकल चेकअप कराया गया, तो रेप की पुष्टि हो गई। इसके बाद अठना थाने में जैन मुनि के खिलाफ रेप का मुकदमा दर्ज कराया गया। शनिवार को बाबा को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।

इस मामले में जब छात्रा की शिकायत की जानकारी समाज के लोगों को मिली, तो सभी क‍मिश्‍नर ऑफिस पहुंच गए और बाबा को छोड़ने की चेतावनी दे। इन लोगों का आरोप था कि लड़की ने बाबा को बदनाम करने के लिए यह साजिश रची है। हालांकि भारी दबाव के बावजूद पुलिस ने बाबा को नहीं छोड़ा और समाज के लोगों को समझा-बुझाकर लौटा दिया।
