New Delhi: The police will present the mastermind of Honeypreet violence in Haryana in Panchkula's court today. It is difficult to say that the hand of the police involved in the search for solid evidence against Honeypreet is still empty. Despite the nine-day remand, the police have failed to gather evidence against Haniprata.

The police has not been able to recover his mobile from Honeypreet till now nor is his laptop, in this case if the police still has the Kubulanama near him.

Supposing the sources, Honeypreet is conspiring behind the police not to cooperate. Honeypreet knows that the police is pushing the case only on her confession. If the police do not get any evidence, then this case will become weak in the court and if they do not get any further evidence they can refuse it in the court due to the statement given to the police.

After arresting Honeypreet, the Panchkula police got his remand for 6 days, after which there was a 3-day remand. At present, Hanifreet has been kept in Panchkula by saving the media attention.

सूत्रों की माने तो हनीप्रीत इतनी शातिर है कि वो जानती है कि अगर पुलिस को कोई सुबूत नही मिलेगा तो ये केस कमजोर हो जाएगा और जो उसने पुलिस के सामने बयान दिया है वो कोर्ट में उस बयान से पलट भी सकती है



नई दिल्ली: हरियाणा में हुई हिंसा की मास्टरमाइंड हनीप्रीत को पुलिस आज पंचकूला की अदालत में पेश करेगी. मुश्किल इस बात की है कि हनीप्रीत के खिलाफ ठोस सबूतों की तलाश में जुटी पुलिस के हाथ अब तक खाली हैं. नौ दिनों की रिमांड के बावजूद पुलिस हनीप्रित के खिलाफ सबूत जुटाने में नाकाम रही है.

पुलिस अभी तक हनीप्रीत से ना तो उसका मोबाइल रिकवर कर पाई है और ना ही उसका लैपटॉप, इस केस में अगर अभी तक पुलिस के पास ॉउसका कुबूलनामा है.

सूत्रों की मानें तो पुलिस को सहयोग न करने के पीछे भी हनीप्रीत की साज़िश है. हनीप्रीत जानती है कि पुलिस उसके कबूलनामे पर ही केस को आगे बढ़ा रही है. अगर पुलिस को कोई भी सबूत न मिला तो कोर्ट में ये केस कमजोर हो जाएगा और तो और सबूत न मिलने पर पुलिस को दिए बयान से वो कोर्ट में मुकर भी सकती है.

हनीप्रीत को गिरफ्तार करने के बाद पंचकूला पुलिस को उसकी 6 दिन की रिमांड मिली, उसके बाद 3 दिन की रिमांड मिली. फिलहाल हनीप्रीत को मीडिया की नज़रों से बचा कर पंचकूला में ही कही रखा गया है.
