Let us tell you that a meeting was convened at Nadwa College to decide the attitude of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board on 'Muslim Women Protection of Rights on Marriage Bill' which was introduced in the Parliament on three divorces of the Central Government. Only 19 people from 51 member working committee reached. However, one member of the board Maulana Salman Nadvi said that the presence of fewer members is not an issue as there was no proposal to come in the meeting.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के बावजूद भी तीन तलाक पर विवाद खत्म होता नहीं दिख रहा है। कभी कोई राजनितिक पार्टी तो कभी मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड इस पर कोई न कोई बयान देकर इसे हवा देते रहते हैं। बता दें, बुधवार को तीन तलाक कानून का विरोध कर रहे मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड का मुस्लिम महिलाओं ने पुतला फूंका। तीन तलाक के खिलाफ बने कानून का किया समर्थन। गौरतलब है कि कुछ दिन पहले ही मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड ने राजधानी लखनऊ में एक आपात बैठक की थी। जिसमें विधेयक का यह कहते हुए विरोध किया गया कि यह मुस्लिम महिलाओं व परिवारों के लिए नुकसानदेह और शरीयत के खिलाफ है। हालांकि बैठक में बमुश्किल एक-तिहाई सदस्य पहुंचे थे।

आपके बताते चलें की केंद्र सरकार की ओर से तीन तलाक पर संसद में पेश किये जाने वाले `मुस्लिम वुमेन प्रोटेक्शन ऑफ राइट्स ऑन मैरिज बिल` पर ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड का रुख तय करने के लिए नदवा कॉलेज में बैठक बुलाई गई। जिसमें 51 सदस्यीय वर्किंग कमेटी के केवल 19 लोग पहुंचे। हालांकि बोर्ड के एक सदस्य मौलाना सलमान नदवी ने कहा कि कम सदस्यों की मौजूदगी कोई मुद्दा नहीं है क्योंकि बैठक में कोई प्रस्ताव नहीं आना था
