एक गिलास में पानी ले फिर उसमे कुछ बूंद शहद की डालें यदि शहद नीचे बैठे जाता है तो वह असली है और यदि वह उस पानी में घुल जाता है वो वह शहद नकली है इस तरीके से आप आसानी से जान सकते है।



आपको एक ब्लोटिंग पेपर लेना है उसके बाद उस पेपर पर कुछ बूंद शहद की डालनी है यदि पेपर उसे सोख लेता है तो समझ लेना यह शहद नकली है उसमे मिलावट है।
