जब यह घटना सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो गई तो पुलिस ने मां बेटे दोनों को थाने में बुलाया और घटना के बारे में पूछा. जब पुलिस ने पतासो देवी से इस बारे में पूछा तो उसने कुछ ऐसा कहा कि वहां खड़े पुलिस वालों और गांव वालों का दिल पसीज गया
