इसके बाद पीड़िता वहां से चली जाती है और अगली रात को उसे कुटिया के अंदर बुलाया जाता है। कुटिया में रसोईया ने उसे एक गिलास दूध दिया और फिर आसाराम ने लड़की के साथ वह किया जो नहीं करना चाहिए था। आरोप है कि लड़की के साथ वो सब करने के बाद, आसाराम ने उसको जान से मारने की धमकी भी दी थी।
