Let's say that on 27th September, 2018, the Supreme Court took a historic decision and said that now married women can make a relationship with any non-male and any man can make a relationship with any married woman and it will not be considered a crime. Not only that, the Supreme Court told the matter to be called a criminal offense to build a relationship with a married woman that it is against the Constitution. Section 497 will no longer be applicable.
