The company manufactures, markets and manufactures designer clothing under the brand label AGTM-AJ Mistry and Thia Minhans.

According to the complainant, there was an agreement between M & M Designs and producer Swiss Entertainment that the actress would promote the brand in exchange for the costumes.

The advocate said that according to this agreement, the actress had to do promotional activities of the brand in exchange for the clothes provided to the filmmakers, but according to the promise, Shradha did not have any promotional activity. The film will be released on September 22.

कपड़ा उत्पादक एक फर्म ने अभिनेत्री श्रद्धा कपूर और आगामी फिल्म ‘हसीना पारकर’ के निर्माताओं में से एक पर धोखाधड़ी और आपराधिक विश्वासघात करने का आरोप लगाते हुए उन्हें अदालत में घसीटा है.

श्रद्धा कपूर के खिलाफ आपराधिक शिकायत दर्ज की गई है जिसमें कहा गया है कि फिल्म के प्रचार के दौरान उन्होंने फैशन लेबल ‘एजीटीएम’ का कथित तौर पर प्रचार नहीं किया जो समझौते के उल्लंघन है.

अभिनेत्री से इस बारे में बात नहीं हो सकी. कंपनी के अधिवक्ता रिजवान सिद्दकी ने कहा, ‘‘ फिल्म के लिए अभिनेत्री को परिधान मुहैया करवाने वाली एम ऐंड एम डिजाइन्स फर्म ने मुंबई की अदालत में निजी शिकायत दर्ज करवाई है. मामले पर सुनवाई 26 अक्तूबर को होगी.’’

यह कंपनी अपने ब्रांड लेबल एजीटीएम- एजे मिस्त्री ऐंड थिया मिनहांस के तले डिजाइनर परिधानों की बिक्री, मार्केटिंग और उत्पादन करती है.

शिकायतकर्ता के मुताबिक एम ऐंड एम डिजाइन्स और निर्माता स्विस एंटरटेनमेंट के बीच समझौता हुआ था कि परिधानों के बदले अभिनेत्री ब्रांड का प्रचार करेंगी.

अधिवक्ता ने बताया कि इस समझौते के मुताबिक अभिनेत्री को फिल्म निर्माताओं को उपलब्ध करवाए गए परिधानों के बदले ब्रांड की प्रचार गतिविधियां करनी थीं लेकिन वादे के अनुसार श्रद्धा ने कोई भी प्रचार गतिविधि नहीं की. फिल्म 22 सितंबर को रिलीज होगी.
