- Former Tata Group Chairman Ratan Tata's Mumbai-based residence is famous for its beauty and architecture. When waves of sea progress towards this bungalow, it looks like an island. Tata himself has decorated it.

- This 13,350-sq-ft made of modern architecture has been fully painted with white color. Even window glasses, walls and doors are white. After retiring from Tata Group in December 2012, Ratan Tata spends most of his time in his bungalow located in Colaba. The beautiful bungalow spread across 13 thousand square feet area, Ratan Tata One year before his retirement, he had designed himself according to his needs.

This bungalow is located just behind Colaba Post Office. Being situated in front of the sea, everybody considers living in this bungalow as lucky.The parking is made in the basement of this bungalow. In this 10-12 cars can be parked. In this part, the servent quarters have been made. There is a big garden outside the bungalow, in which Ratan Tata exercises and stroll his doggy in the evening.



Bungalow from inside



- This three-floor bungalow is divided into seven levels (two parts of each floor). At the bottom of the first floor is the living room and the upper side has the sun deck. Around 50 people can be party here. This is the study room of Tata in the same area. There are three bedrooms in the lower floor and a library in the upper part. There is a media room at the bottom of the third floor, in which Tata meets the special people.In one part, a bedroom and There is also a gym. At the top is the swimming pool, lounge and sun deck.



Driver from Mercedes



- The driver of Ratan Tata used to take the car to Mercedes. At Tata's driver, Tata's driver came to his house or office. After that he used to sit in the Tata car seat in the second car and give them the office.



6 months without work



Ratan Tata is as big a businessman as he is a great man. 26/11 was attacked by Mumbai terrorists in the Taj Corridor completely damaged. The hotel had to shut down for six months after the attack. . Tata, who considered employees to be part of the family, gave full salary to all the employees during that period. All new employees were given their house through their salary money order.



Lifetime Pension for Family Members



- During the 26/11 attacks, started giving life-time pension to families of those killed in the hotel. The boys and girls of the staff also provided the facility to read anywhere in the world. मुंबई. टाटा ग्रुप के पूर्व चेयरमैन रतन टाटा का आज जन्मदिन है। 28 दिसंबर 1937 को उनका जन्म सूरत में हुआ था। इस मौके पर हम उनकी लाइफ से जुड़ी दिलचस्प बाते बताने जा रहे हैं। टाटा ग्रुप को नई ऊंचाइयों पर पहुंचाने के बाद उन्‍होंने जनवरी 2013 में अपने कार्यभार से रिटायरमेंट ले लिया था। रिटायर्ड होने के बाद रतन टाटा मुंबई के कोलाबा में समुद्र किनारे बने सफेद रंग के खूबसूरत बंगले में रह रहे हैं। टाटा का पर्सनल ड्राइवर भी मर्सडीज कार से आता है। क्या है इस बंगले में खास...



- टाटा ग्रुप के पूर्व चेयरमैन रतन टाटा का मुंबई स्थित निवास अपनी खूबसूरती और वास्तुकला के लिए फेमस है।समुद्र की लहरें जब इस बंगले की ओर बढ़ती हैं तो यह किसी आइलैंड जैसा लगता है। टाटा ने खुद इसे डेकोरेट कराया है।

- आधुनिक वास्तुकला से बने 13,350-sq-ft के इस बंगले को पूरी तरह सफेद रंग से पेंट किया गया है। यहां तक कि विंडो ग्लास, दीवारें और दरवाजे भी सफेद हैं।दिसंबर, 2012 में टाटा ग्रुप से रिटायर होने के बाद रतन टाटा अपना ज्यादातर वक्त कोलाबा स्थित अपने बंगले में बिताते हैं।करीब 13 हजार वर्गफीट एरिया में फैले इस खूबसूरत बंगले को रतन टाटा ने अपने रिटायरमेंट के एक साल पहले खुद अपनी जरूरतों के मुताबिक डिजाइन करवाया था।

- यह बंगला कोलाबा पोस्ट ऑफिस के ठीक पीछे स्थित है। समुद्र के सामने स्थित होने से हर कोई इस बंगले में रहने वाले को खुशनसीब मानता है।इस बंगले के बेसमेंट में पार्किग बनाई गई है। इसमें 10-12 कारें पार्क की जा सकती हैं।इसी हिस्से में सर्वेंट क्वार्टर बनाए गए हैं। बंगले के बाहर एक बड़ा गार्डन है, जिसमें रतन टाटा एक्सरसाइज करते हैं और शाम को अपने डॉगी को टहलाते हैं।



अंदर से ऐसा है बंगला



- तीन फ्लोर के इस बंगले को सात लेवल (प्रत्येक फ्लोर के दो भाग) में डिवाइड किया गया है।फर्स्ट फ्लोर के निचले हिस्से में लिविंग रूम और ऊपरी हिस्से में सन डेक है। यहां करीब 50 लोगों के साथ पार्टी की जा सकती है। इसी हिस्से में टाटा का स्टडी रूम है।दूसरे फ्लोर के निचले हिस्से में तीन बेडरूम और ऊपरी हिस्से में एक लाइब्रेरी है।तीसरे फ्लोर के निचले हिस्से में मीडिया रूम है, जिसमें टाटा खास लोगों से मुलाकात करते हैं।इसी हिस्से में एक बेडरूम और एक जिम भी है। ऊपरी हिस्से में स्विमिंग पूल, लाउंज और सन डेक है।



मर्सडीज से आता था ड्राइवर



- रतन टाटा के ड्राइवर को लेने के लिए मर्सडीज कार जाती थी।कार पर बैठकर टाटा का ड्राइवर उनके घर या दफ्तर आता था।इसके बाद वो टाटा की दूसरी कार की ड्राइविंग सीट पर बैठकर उन्हें ऑफिस पहुंचाता था।



6 महीनों तक बिना काम सैलरी



- रतन टाटा जितने बड़े उद्योगपति हैं, उतने ही बड़े इंसान भी माने जाते हैं।26/11 को मुंबई में हुए आतंकी हमले से उनका होटल ताज पूरी तरह से क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया था।हमले के बाद छह महीने तक होटल को बंद करना पड़ा था। कर्मचारियों को परिवार का हिस्सा मानने वाले टाटा ने उस अवधि में सभी कर्मचारियों को पूरी सैलरी दी।नए-पुराने सभी कर्मचारियों को उनकी सैलरी मनीऑर्डर के जरिए घर पहुंचा दी जाती थी।



परिवार के सदस्यों के लिए लाइफटाइम पेंशन



- 26/11 हमलों के दौरान होटल में मारे गए कर्मचारियों के परिजनों को लाइफटाइम पेंशन देना शुरू किया।कर्मचारियों के लड़के और लड़कियों को दुनिया भर में कहीं भी पढ़ने की सुविधा भी दी।इतना ही नहीं उन्हें मुफ्त इलाज की सुविधा भी दी गई। टाटा ने कर्मचारियों द्वारा पहले लिया गया 'लोन' पूरी तरह से माफ कर दिया।
