दो साध्वियों से बलात्कार के दोषी राम रहीम की मुश्किलें बढ़ गई हैं। पंजाब हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट ने पीडि़त साध्वियों की उस अपील को स्वीकार कर लिया है, जिसमें राम रहीम को आजीवन कारावास देने की मांग की गई है। पंचकूला की सीबीआई कोर्ट ने 28 अगस्त को राम रहीम को रेप के मामले में 20 साल की सजा सुनाई थी। लेकिन पीडि़त साध्वियों का कहना था कि बाबा को जिन्दगी भर जेल में सड़ाना चाहिए।

राम रहीम की मुश्किलें बढीं



इससे पहले राम रहीम ने पंजाब हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट में सीबीआई कोर्ट के उस फैसले के खिलाफ याचिका दाखिल की थी, जिसमें उसे 20 साल की सजा सुनाई गई थी। राम रहीम के वकील के मुताबिक, उनके मुवक्किल को फंसाया गया है। उन्होंने रेप नहीं किया है।

हालांकि अब साध्वियों की अपील स्वीकार किए जाने के बाद राम रहीम की सारी कवायद पर पानी फिरता दिख रहा है। कानून के जानकारों के मुताबिक, साध्वियों की अपील राम रहीम पर भारी पड़ सकती है और उसे उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई जा सकती है।

बता दें कि राम रहीम को बीते 25 अगस्त को रेप का दोषी माना गया था। इसके बाद उसके इशारे पर पंचकूला में दंगा भड़काया गया था, जिसमें 38 से अधिक लोगों की मौत हुई थी।

इस मामले में राम रहीम की मुंहबोली बेटी हनीप्रीत समेत सभी करीबी गिरफ्तार किए जा चुके हैं। सिर्फ राम रहीम का बेटा आदित्य इंसां और करीबी पवन पुलिस की गिरफ्त से बाहर है। लेकिन हनी की गिरफ्तारी के बाद उम्मीद जताई जा रही है कि राम रहीम का पूरा कुनबा जल्द ही जेल में चक्की पीसता दिखाई देगा।
