देश भर में सनसनी बने गुरुग्राम के बहुचर्चित प्रद्युमन हत्याकांड में नया मोड़ आया है। सीबीआई ने रिपोर्ट में कई खुलासे किए और बहुत सी जानकारियां भी दी। दरअसल, सीबीआई ने प्रद्युमन की हत्या में साजिश की आशंका जताई है।

सीबीआई ने कहा कि रायन स्कूल ग्रुप के सीईओ रायन पिंटो के साजिश में शामिल होने की आशंका से इनकार नहीं किया जा सकता। यह जवाब सीबीआई ने पंजाब-हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट में दाखिल किया।

सीबीआई ने हत्याकांड में प्राथमिक तौर पर स्कूल प्रबंधन की लापरवाही को जिम्मेदार माना है। इस लापरवाही के लिए दोषी कौन है, इसे जांच का विषय बताया गया है। सीबीआई ने पुलिस की प्राथमिक जांच और एकत्रित की गई जानकारी को भी अपने जवाब में आधार बनाया है।

सीबीआई ने हाईकोर्ट को बताया कि पुलिस ने जो एफआईआर दर्ज की है, उसके और सीबीआई की प्राथमिक जांच के अनुसार स्कूल प्रबंधन की लापरवाही प्रद्युमन की हत्या की जिम्मेदार है। स्कूल में ड्राइवर, कंडक्टर और अन्य स्टाफ की एंट्री होना सीधे तौर पर नियमों के खिलाफ है।

सबसे बड़ी लापरवाही यह है कि स्कूल की बसों में लगे कुछ सीसीटीवी कैमरे बंद पड़े थे। वहीं, जो टॉयलेट बच्चों के लिए बनाए गए थे, उनका स्टाफ की ओर से इस्तेमाल करना गलत है। स्कूल के गार्ड के बारे में बताते हुए कहा है कि गार्ड स्कूल में आने वालों की पूरी जानकारी लिए बिना ही उनको स्कूल में एंट्री दे रहे थे।

स्कूल के वॉशरूम में मौजूद ट्यूब लाइटें तक सही नहीं थीं। यह छात्रों के लिए बड़ा खतरा बनकर उभर रहे थे। इसके साथ ही प्रद्युमन की मौत के बाद 60 छात्रों ने स्कूल को बदलने के लिए आवेदन कर दिया है। यह मामला अब राष्ट्रीय मुद्दा बन चुका है और सभी अभिभावकों की इस पर नजर है। इस मामले को गंभीरता से लेने की जरूरत है और सीबीआई इसमें कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ना चाहती है।
