क्या आप जानते हैं यह बॉडी गार्ड अपने हाथ में ब्रीफकेस भी लेकर चलते हैं कभी आपने सोचा है कि इस ब्रीफकेस में आखिर ऐसा क्या होता है। यह ब्रीफकेश वास्तव में एक बुलेट फ़्रुप और आधुनिक हथियारों से लेस होता है जिसको प्रधान मंत्री से थोड़ी दूरी पर रखा जाता है असल में यह पोलेटकल बुलेट सील होती है जिसे किसी भी हमले के समय खोली जा सकती है जो की एन. जी. एस की सुरक्षा प्रदान करती है। जब भी सुरक्षा बलों को किसी खतरे की आशंका होती है तो प्रधान मंत्री को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए उस सील बटन को नीचे की ओर खींचा जाता है और वह सील खुल जाती है जो कि हमलावरों से बचाने का काम करती है। इस ब्रीफकेस में एक गुप्त जेब होती है जिसमें आधुनिक हथियारों को रखा जाता है और इन हथियारों को इस्तेमाल करने की सलाह दी गयी है। इस टीम को कठोर प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से शिक्षित भी किया जाता है और इसकी सबसे बड़ी खासियत है कि प्रधान मंत्री पर हमले के दौरान तेजी से अपना कार्य करती है। एस. पी. जी कमांडो का चुनाव भारतीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल और रेलवे सुरक्षा बल के जवानों में से ही किया जाता है लेकिन इसकी कमान एस. पी या आर. पी. एफ के अधिकारियों के हाथों में ही होती है।
