Arushi Murder case: High court decides 9 years later

Today, the Allahabad High Court can take a major decision on the Aarushi murder case. The matter will be heard by the court. Actually Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar appealed in the High Court against the decision made by the CBI Court in this case. Which can be the decision today. It is worth mentioning that, on 15th and 16th May of the night, the body of Aarushi was recovered from her house.

On the next day, the body of Hemraj was also recovered from his house. In this case the investigators were entangled. There were several types of questions raised by the police on the investigation. Eventually, Noida Police had submitted their investigation report by blaming the Talwar couple in this case. This case was blamed on Rajesh Talwar on May 23, 2008 and arrested.

Subsequently on May 31, 2008, the investigation of Aarushi and Hemraj murder case was handed over to the CBI. The CBI blamed Talwar couple while hearing the case. But later the Talwar couple appealed in the High Court. Which can be ruled today

This matter remained in the media for a long time. After four years of double murder, Aarushi's mother, Nupur Talwar, had to surrender in the court and then, to go to jail, after seeing all the evidence and evidence in November 2013, the CBI court had arrested Aarushi's father Rajesh and mother Nupur Talwar Guilty of murder conviction. He sentenced them to life imprisonment.

आरूषि हत्याकांड को लेकर आज इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय अहम निर्णय ले सकता है। न्यायालय द्वारा इस मामले की सुनवाई की जाएगी। दरअसल इस मामले में सीबीआई कोर्ट द्वारा दिए गए निर्णय के विरूद्ध राजेश तलवार और नुपुर तलवार ने उच्च न्यायालय में अपील की थी। जिस पर आज फैसला हो सकता है। गौरतलब है कि, 15 और 16 मई के दमियानी रात में आरूषि का शव उसके घर से बरामद हुआ था।

इसके अगले ही दिन उसके घर से हेमराज की लाश भी बरामद की गई थी। इस मामले में जांचकर्ता तक उलझ गए थे। पुलिस पर भी जांच को लेकर, कई तरह के सवाल उठे थे। अंततः नोएडा पुलिस ने इस मामले में तलवार दंपति को दोषी ठहराकर अपनी जांच रिपोर्ट सौंप दी थी। यह मामला 23 मई 2008 में राजेश तलवार को दोषी ठहराया गया और गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।

इसके बाद 31 मई,2008 को आरुषि व हेमराज मर्डर केस की जांच सीबीआई के हवाले कर दी गई। सीबीआई ने इस मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए, तलवार दंपति को दोषी ठहराया। मगर बाद में तलवार दंपति ने उच्च न्यायालय में अपील की। जिस पर आज फैसला सुनाया जा सकता है।

यह मामला काफी समय तक मीडिया में बना रहा। डबल मर्डर के चार साल बाद 2012 में आरुषि की मां नूपुर तलवार को कोर्ट में सरेंडर करना पड़ा और फिर, जेल जाना पड़ा,नवंबर 2013 में तमाम जिरह और सबूतों को देखने के बाद सीबीआई कोर्ट ने आरुषि के पिता राजेश और मां नूपुर तलवार को उसकी हत्या के जुर्म का दोषी माना। उनको उम्र कैद की सजा सुना दी।
