Aarushi-Hemraj murder case: Large relief to Talwar couple, Allahabad HC has acquitted

New Delhi: The Allahabad High Court has acquitted Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar while pronouncing an important judgment in the case of Noida's well-known Aarushi and Hemraj murder case. While judging the verdict, the judge said that there is a lot of flaws in the investigation done in this case in which case the Talwar couple can not be held guilty. The court said that Aarushi's parents are not the killers of their daughter. Rajesh and Nupur were sentenced to life imprisonment on 26th November, 2013 in the special CBI court based in Ghaziabad. Both of them were locked in a prison in Ghaziabad. Justice B.K. Narayan and Justice A.K. Mishra's bench reserved its verdict on September 7 on the appeal of the Talwar couple and the date for the verdict was fixed October 12.



It is notable that in May, 2008, the body of 14-year-old Aarushi was recovered from her house in the climate vihar area of ​​Noida. Earlier, the servant of the house in the house of doubt was Hemraj, but when the police searched, two days later, his body was recovered on the roof of the Talwar couple's house. May 29, 2008, Uttar Pradesh's then Chief Minister Mayawati handed over investigation to the CBI. During the CBI probe, the case of murder was registered on the Talwar couple.

नई दिल्ली: नोएडा के बहुचर्चित आरुषि एवं हेमराज हत्याकांड मामले में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने आज अहम फैसला सुनाते हुए राजेश तलवार और नुपुर तलवार को बरी कर दिया है। फैसला सुनाते हुए जज ने कहा कि इश केस में की गई जांच में काफी खामियां जिससे तलवार दंपत्ति को दोषी नहीं माना जा सकता। कोर्ट ने कहा कि आरुषि के माता-पिता अपनी बेटी के हत्यारे नहीं हैं। आरुषि हत्याकांड में 26 नवंबर, 2013 को गाजियाबाद स्थित विशेष सीबीआई अदालत ने राजेश और नुपुर को उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई थी। दोनों गाजियाबाद की डासना जेल में बंद थे। न्यायमूर्ति बी.के. नारायण और न्यायमूर्ति ए.के. मिश्रा की खंडपीठ ने तलवार दंपति की अपील पर सात सितंबर को अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था और फैसला सुनाने की तारीख 12 अक्तूबर तय की थी।



उल्लेखनीय है कि मई, 2008 में नोएडा के जलवायु विहार इलाके में 14 साल की आरुषि का शव उसके घर से बरामद हुआ था। पहले हत्या के शक के घोेरे में घर का नौकर हेमराज था लेकिन जब पुलिस ने छानबीन की तो दो दिन बाद तलवार दंपति के घर की छत पर उसका शव बरामद हुआ। 29 मई 2008 को उत्तर प्रदेश की तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री मायावती ने मामले की जांच सीबीआई को सौंपी। सीबीआई की जांच के दौरान तलवार दंपति पर हत्या के केस दर्ज हुआ था।
