After a long wait of 14 years, finally the Signature Bridge of Delhi will be open to the public. This bridge will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on November 4. The public will be able to use it from November 5. On the opening of this, the 45-minute journey of people of north-east Delhi will be completed in 10 minutes. Now people have to face the jam to travel from Majnu's mound to Bhajanpura Chowk. After the inauguration, the laser show program has also been kept. The Delhi Tourism and Transport Development Corporation (DTTDC) has worked on the project.


The height of this signature bridge in Delhi is double than the Qutub Minar.The Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal inaugurated this signature bridge on Sunday afternoon. Earlier, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia had come to take stock of the bridge. On this occasion, Manish Sisodia said that the bridge is ready. This will make the movement of people easier, it will also be the best place for tourists. About four o'clock in the evening, the Chief Minister will open the door for the Delhiites.

In 2004, the preparation of this project started during the tenure of former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit. Delhi Cabinet approved this project in 2007. It is said that it is going to be a tourist attraction. Upon this bridge, the panoramic view of Delhi can be seen. The height of this bridge is double than the Qutub Minar. A box of about 22 meters high has been built on top. People will be able to see the view from inside the box. Four enclosures have been installed for this. Through this, a total of 50 people will be able to reach the top of the bridge.

The main attraction of Signature Bridge is its main pillar, whose height is 154 meters. Mirrors have been mounted around the top of the pillar. When people reach the destination through lift, they will find Delhi's top view here, which will be higher than any height of any building in Delhi or feel that its height is more than double than the Qutub Minar, which makes it special for tourists will form. The Bridge has 15 seats which are in the Boomerang shape. On which 350 meters of the bridge has been stopped without a pillar. The total length of the bridge is 675 meters wide at 35.2 meters.
