Potato cluster will be made in Uttar Pradesh, onion and potato cluster in Bihar, tomato cluster in Andhra Pradesh, tomato and onion cluster in Gujarat, tomato and onion cluster in Karnataka, tomato cluster in Odisha, potato cluster in West Bengal will form.

Market Intelligence Network will be prepared to prepare the data of things like price, supply and demand of crop and for this, 23 hubs will be created across the country. Here the storage and food processing infrastructure will be prepared. A businessman who has a project for Operation Green will be given a subsidy of up to 50 percent. The maximum amount of subsidy will be Rs. 50 crores. If a human organization wants to do this work, then it will be given a 70% subsidy of project cost. For this, the maximum amount of subsidy will be Rs 50 crore only.
