Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given small traders a big deal in Diwali. PM Modi has launched a portal to provide the loans to the small and medium enterprises (SME) lenders of the country in just 59 minutes, for one crore rupees. Small traders have been given exemption in many types of laws. They have also been asked to relax labor laws, change in company law, and other steps including softening the licenses of environmental standards, so that businessmen can get a comfortable business environment.


Businessmen get rid of inspector-raj

PM Modi has announced the release of businessmen from the inspector-rule. Under this, many changes have been made in the rules. It will not be exploited by the businessmen, for inspection of factories, the computer will be selected without any order. The inspector has to upload his report on the portal within 48 hours, so that no inspector (inspector) will be able to inspect anywhere, he will have to explain it the proper reason.

Prime Minister Modi said that MSME units registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) can now get a loan up to Rs 1 crore in just 59 minutes through this facility. They have also announced interest subsidy of 2% in the interest rate on additional loans in the limit of one crore rupees to MSME units registered under GST.

Loan-2 percent discount in 59 minutes

Significantly, the SME sector is the second largest sector employing sector in the country. Businesses registered with GST will also get a discount of up to 2% on loans upto one crore. The exemption given to MSME for export of its products has been increased from 3% to 5%. PM Modi said that these new initiatives of the government will make Diwali brighter for businessmen and their employees. PM mentioned 12 decisions for promoting small and medium and described it as "historic decision".
