The case belongs to the Bahrain's nursing home. Here, Mira Devi, resident of Srinagar Katua of Balrampur district was admitted to a private nursing home in Balrampur due to pain a month ago. The delivery operation was done but since then, Mira Devi had severe pain in the womb. After this, doctors gave various medicines and treatment to get relief from stomachache but after getting no relief in abdominal pain, the woman was shown to a woman's disease specialist Dr Sushma Mishra in Bahirich district, where she performed an ultrasound.

It was found in the report that a towel was waived in the womb of a woman when the doctor was cleaning during the operation.
