To make cauliflower koftas first, clean the cabbage and clean it with water. Now grate the cabbage and now take it in a bowl and add gram flour, cumin seeds, turmeric, salt and red chilli powder, coriander powder, chopped green chilies and chopped green coriander leaves.
Now add little water and make Kofta paste, Kofta paste should not be too thin. Now with the help of your hands give him the shape of a round-shaped laddoo. Now heat oil in a pan and fry until the koftas are light brown.
Now, to make Kofta's gravy, first pour oil on a gas and add chopped onion and roast till it becomes brown. Now add tomato paste and lightly roast it. Now add poppy seeds, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and roast them for some time on slow flame, then add green peas and roast them for two minutes.
After frying the spices, add water to it, add water a bit more, because after adding the koftas, it absorbs water. Now add koftas in it and cook it, and finally add chopped green coriander leaves and roast it with rice or roti.
