सऊदी में पहली बार किसी महिला का होगा सिर कलम,जानें क्या है उसका कसूर

For the first time in Saudi history, a woman's head will be penalized and sentenced to death. The 29-year-old woman is accused of promoting demonstrations against the government. During the hearing in the special criminal court of Riyadh this month, Saudi Arabia's prosecutor sought the death penalty for five human rights activists from the eastern province, including 29-year-old Isra Al-Ghogam. The 29-year-old Isra and her husband were arrested in December 2015 on charges of promoting demonstrations against the government. Riyadh's court has sentenced Isra to death in this case.



The European Saudi Organization for Human Rights says that ISRA was arrested under the charge of the release of political prisoners and opposing the government's anti-Shia discrimination. Saudi government officials have not responded to the matter. After the news spread on social media, the world's attention went on this matter. The United Nations has also criticized this decision of the Saudi government.



Human rights activists have appealed against this decision, on which the decision is likely to come by October. If the accused were not relieved from the court then they would be given death sentence and death.

सऊदी के इतिहास में पहली बार किसी महिला का सिर कलम करके उसे मौत की सजा दी जायेगी। 29 साल की इस महिला पर सरकार के खिलाफ प्रदर्शनों को बढ़ावा देने का आरोप है। इसी महीने रियाद की विशेष आपराधिक अदालत में सुनवाई के दौरान सऊदी अरब के सरकारी वकील ने पूर्वी प्रांत से आने वाली पांच मानवाधिकार कार्यकर्ताओं को मौत की सजा देने की मांग की, जिनमें 29 साल की इसरा अल-घोघम भी शामिल है। 29 साल की इसरा और उनके पति को सरकार के खिलाफ प्रदर्शनों को बढ़ावा देने के आरोप में दिसंबर 2015 में गिरफ्तार किया गया था। रियाद की कोर्ट ने इस मामले में इसरा को मौत की सजा दी है।



यूरोपीयन सऊदी ऑर्गनाइजेशन फॉर ह्यूमन राइट्स का कहना है कि इसरा को राजनीतिक कैदियों की रिहाई और सरकार के शिया विरोधी भेदभाव का विरोध करने के आरोपों के तहत गिरफ्तार किया गया था। सऊदी सरकार के अधिकारियों ने मामले पर कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दी है। सोशल मीडिया पर इस खबर के फैलने के बाद दुनिया का ध्यान इस मामले पर गया। संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ ने भी सऊदी सरकार के इस फैसले की आलोचना की है।



मानवाधिकार कार्यकर्ता इस फैसले के खिलाफ अपील कर चुके हैं, जिस पर फैसला अक्टूबर तक आने की संभावना है। अगर आरोपियों को अदालत से राहत नहीं मिली तो फिर उनको सजा ए मौत मिलना तय है।
