आधार कार्ड मांगने पर लगेगा 1 करोड़ रुपये का जुर्माना और होगी 10 साल की ज...

Aadhaar card was sought from the people for opening a bank account and buying a new mobile SIM, but the Supreme Court has made it clear in its order that now banks and telecom companies can not force people to base themselves. The Supreme Court had declared illegal opening of accounts in banks and demand of Aadhaar card by telecom companies, after which the central government took a crucial decision. As a proof of identification and address, banks and telecom companies may have to pay a fine of up to Rs one crore to make pressure on the Aadhaar card.

Not only this, the employees of the companies who do so can be punished for 3 to 10 years. In this way, now you can use a passport, ration card or any other valid document right instead of the Aadhar card to get a SIM card or open an account in the bank. No organization can put pressure on you for the use of Aadhaar card. The government has incorporated this rule by amending the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and Indian Telegraph Act. On Monday, the central cabinet approved the amendment.

Government sources say that this decision has been taken keeping in view the recent order of the Supreme Court. The apex court had said that Unique ID can only be used for Welfare schemes. According to the amendments made in the law, if an institution with a base authentication is found responsible for leaks, then it can be fined upto 50 lakh and up to 10 years of punishment. These amendments are yet to get Parliament's approval. However, such information can be given in the interest of the nation.

Due to this decision of the central government, you will no longer have the obligation to open accounts in banks and give the basis for getting a SIM card. So far, the companies and banks were telling it compulsory. In this way, you have got the right on the basis that if you want to know it or not give it
